SPEAKER BIO

Daniela West is a heart-led thought leader and visionary, entrepreneur, intuitive spiritual guide and coach, motivational speaker, emerging author, creative director, brand and systems strategist, podcast host, and multidisciplinary artist whose work sits at the intersection of identity, healing, and cultural evolution.

She is the Founder of The Humanista Co., a conscious brand and movement devoted to humanizing branding, business, and culture so that no matter how rapidly technology evolves, we never lose sight of what makes us uniquely human. With an international master’s degree in Nonprofit Management and Organizational Leadership, graduating in the top three percent of her class, Daniela is known for her rare ability to unite strategy, storytelling, and emotional intelligence into brands and movements that are both profitable and deeply human.

Having lived across the United States, Spain, the Middle East, and Mexico, and traveled to nearly 30 countries, Daniela brings a distinctly cosmopolitan lens to her work and speaking. Her background allows her to bridge cultures, disciplines, and belief systems with empathy, nuance, and integrity.

Drawing from both academic training and lived experience, she speaks from a place of grounded, embodied wisdom. Raised in a chaotic and abusive environment within a suppressive religious cult, she understands firsthand the cost of systems of disempowerment, self-erasure, and silencing your voice.

Creativity and storytelling became her pathway home to herself, and today they form the foundation of her work as a truth teller with a multidimensional, bird’s-eye view of humanity.

Daniela’s talks explore branding and identity as reflections of the inner self, emphasizing that collective instability is rooted in individual disconnection. Her signature talk, The Hidden War Within, examines why the world feels so broken by tracing global chaos back to internal fragmentation, unresolved trauma, and the constant war many people wage against themselves through self-doubt, fear, and self-abandonment. She challenges audiences to recognize how disempowering systems shape both personal identity and collective culture, and how healing must begin within the self in order to ripple outward into organizations, communities, and society at large.

Known for her ability to cut through noise and speak directly to the heart, Daniela’s presence opens minds, softens defenses, and plants seeds of hope and remembrance. Her message is both confronting and deeply empowering: healing trauma is not about bypassing pain, but transforming it into purpose, passion, and personal power. She invites audiences to stop numbing, stop shrinking, and stop living on autopilot, and instead reclaim their wholeness, their voice, and their humanity.

Her philosophy is simple and radical: we are all human beings being human. Let that be enough. Through her work, she reminds us that meaningful change is possible, and that a more conscious, compassionate world begins when we choose to be real, fully alive, and fully human.

Above all, Daniela is here to empower others to expand into their highest potential and remember who they truly are. Her speaking invites audiences to remove their masks, bet on themselves with conviction, and bring the full truth of who they are to the table.

Because the world doesn’t need more filters—it needs more truth. And it needs leaders brave enough to embody it.

MY ZONE OF GENIUS

Choose to bet on yourself, your dreams, and your purpose with unshakeable, unstoppable conviction. Because if you don’t, then who will?"

DIVE DEEPER

MY STORY

Black and white portrait of a woman wearing a large hat and a button-up shirt, posing against a dark background.

I spent most of my days hiding in my room, locking my door and escaping into my own imagination, dreaming of brighter days and worlds filled with beauty rather than pain.

On top of that, I struggled with the confusion and pain of being bullied by my closest group of friends, along with my parents’ divorce when I was at the deeply insecure age of 13.

With no one I felt safe enough to open up to about my difficult home life, I ended up turning to the digital world for safety and connection.

At age 14, I started my own blog. It was the first time I had found a safe space for self-expression. Something that was uniquely mine.

My first taste of freedom.

A black and white photograph of a single, withered rose with a reflection beneath it.

Often what I’ve discovered is that peoples’ childhood trauma ends up fueling their passions and purpose later on in life.

In other words, your deepest pain often becomes your biggest motivator. At least, it is for me.

My story is a tale of growing up in a chaotic, strict, suppressive religious cult which did not encourage me to be myself in any way if I was not conforming to the group mentality.

Growing up, I witnessed and experienced several forms of abuse—sexual, drug addiction, violence, emotional neglect—all of which left me feeling alone, afraid, and voiceless within my own home.

my why

Since I grew up feeling unsafe to freely express myself and use my voice, I am now able to use this experience as my personal fuel towards empowering you to step into your true self and use your voice in the way that it was uniquely designed for you.

I do this work because I don’t ever want someone to feel the way that I did growing up—scared, lost, unsupported, powerless, invisible. Unworthy of being seen or heard.

This conviction is now what fuels everything I teach and create.

Watch Daniela in action as an educator, creative director, and brand strategist in her signature branding workshop. Here, she teaches her signature 5-step Brand Alignment Method to teach you how to create magnetic visual identities rooted in values and your unique essence.

In this eye-opening talk, I explore the deeper truth behind why humanity is at war with itself — the internal conflict that plays out in our minds, our relationships, and eventually on the global stage. Drawing from consciousness, trauma, healing, and shadow work, I share how our internal fragmentation creates the external conflicts we witness in society.

In this video, I share my personal healing journey from a traumatic childhood shaped by abuse, emotional instability, and years of suppressing the pain I didn’t know how to face. Here, I explore why so many of us—because of societal conditioning, trauma, and unconscious programming—learn to numb, avoid, or intellectualize our pain instead of allowing it to move through us.

In this powerful talk, I share my personal experience of breaking free from a religious cult and the deep psychological, emotional, and spiritual impact these systems have on us. When organizations built on fear, obedience, and self-sacrifice present themselves as “spiritual,” they create cycles of shame, disempowerment, and dependency. In this conversation, I unpack how imbalanced power structures slowly condition you to silence your intuition, surrender your autonomy, and confuse control with devotion.

We are living through a profound turning point — a wave of collective transformation where the old systems of confusion, fear and separation are being replaced by a deeper current of unity, purpose and awakening. This video invites you to see yourself not just as a bystander but as a key part of this shift in consciousness.
