A LETTER FROM THE FOUNDER:Too often, I have noticed a crucial missing piece in the business world—we have sacrificed human connection and authenticity for the sake of efficiency and sales.
Everyone is trying to “stand out” but they end up conforming to a sea of sameness because they don’t understand their unique essence.
I’m here to change that.
I believe the more genuinely we can remove our public masks and pour our whole human selves into our brands and online presence, the more light we can shine into a world that so often seems to fall into darkness.
There is so much power in radical authenticity. And by simply showing up as our most authentic selves, despite everything that society tells us we should or should not be, we have the power to change the narrative, starting with ourselves.
We get to carve out our own paths. We get to be the ones to write our own story, and tell the world who we really are. Because, not only is that freedom, but it is true personal power.
Now, it’s our time to reclaim it.

My goal is to empower you.

DIVE DEEPER
MY STORY
I spent most of my days hiding in my room, locking my door and escaping into my own imagination, dreaming of brighter days and worlds filled with beauty rather than pain.
On top of that, I struggled with the confusion and pain of being bullied by my closest group of friends, along with my parents’ divorce when I was at the deeply insecure age of 13.
With no one I felt safe enough to open up to about my difficult home life, I ended up turning to the digital world for safety and connection.
At age 14, I started my own blog. It was the first time I had found a safe space for self-expression. Something that was uniquely mine.
My first taste of freedom.
Often what I’ve discovered is that peoples’ childhood trauma ends up fueling their passions and purpose later on in life.
In other words, your deepest pain often becomes your biggest motivator. At least, it is for me.
My story is a tale of growing up in a chaotic, strict, suppressive religious cult which did not encourage me to be myself in any way if I was not conforming to the group mentality.
Growing up, I witnessed and experienced several forms of abuse—sexual, drug addiction, violence, emotional neglect—all of which left me feeling alone, afraid, and voiceless within my own home.

Since I grew up feeling unsafe to freely express myself and use my voice, I am now able to use this experience as my personal fuel towards empowering you to step into your true self and use your voice in the way that it was uniquely designed for you.
I do this work because I don’t ever want someone to feel the way that I did growing up—scared, lost, unsupported, powerless, invisible. Unworthy of being seen or heard.
This conviction is now what fuels everything I teach and create.

I’m all about breaking rules and creating your own path, which comes out in my design and personal style. I believe trends are for sheep. I’m here to help you embody your inner lion and become the leader of the pack.

I’m a personal development junkie and am fascinated by the concept of identity and discovering who we are at our core. I believe that exploring the deepest parts of ourselves and learning to accept all of it is the key to unlocking our true power. And there is nothing more freeing than that.

I consider myself an eternal student of humanity, and I feel devoted to learning my own self-mastery. This includes things like setting boundaries, voicing my needs and desires, and discovering my personal power. But what it really boils down to is learning how to love yourself at your core, and treating yourself like the beautiful goddess that you are. When you start there, others will follow suit.

I was born in Alexandria, VA (USA) but have moved around quite a lot since my early 20’s, and traveled to over 30 countries. I’ve lived in Spain, Israel, Mexico, and several states in the US.
MY PASSIONS
I have so many interests, but I absolutely love music, singing, photography, writing, poetry, Latin dance, learning languages, travel, and connecting with people from all over the world.
MY PROUDEST ACHIEVEMENT
I would say graduating at the top of my class earning my international M.A. degree in Organizational Leadership & Nonprofit Management from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem. The program was incredibly inspirational and actually planted the seeds for me to go into entrepreneurship and create The Humanista Co.

Definitely to go skydiving! I’m an adrenaline junkie for sure.
#2 would be to audition for The Voice.
MY CHILDHOOD DREAM
To become an opera singer and move people to tears with my voice (wow, I guess I was a pretty deep kid).
DOG OR CAT PERSON?
I’m a little more of a cat person—I appreciate their independent nature and personally identify with it ;).
MY FAVORITE PLACE
The mediterranean is absolutely my heaven on earth. Of all the places I’ve been so far, I would say Spain, Italy, Portugal, and Malta are my favorites.
MY FAVORITE JOB
Besides being a designer and working as my own boss, my favorite other job was working as an English teacher in Spain for three years. Ah, how I loved the paella and sangria, not to mention the fashion and architecture! But jokes aside, I loved being able to inspire my students to evolve and learn new things.

Love vs. Fear
We live in a world that is largely fear-based, and I’m committed to deconditioning and detaching from all patterns that no longer allow for my greatest unfolding of self. Of course, letting go is easier said than done. But if we want to embody our highest selves, if we want to truly evolve in the way that we are meant to, then we must be committed to a path of love over fear.

Light vs. Dark
Let’s face it—we live on a very challenging planet. Although it is important to embrace the duality of this world, and accept both the light and the dark as part of our human existence, we cannot be fully whole without the acceptance and integration of both. There are times when we will need to bravely allow our shadow to surface in order to heal it. This process of shadow work is what will allow us to shine even brighter in the long-run, and inspire others to do the same.

Expression vs. Conformity
I’ve spent far too many years shrinking myself for other peoples’ comfort only to realize that I was never allowing myself to show the world the real me. I was wearing a mask. And I never felt fully accepted until I started to learn how to accept myself. Trying to fit into other peoples’ standards was a clear path to despair—total disconnection from myself. Now, I choose to self-express and let my uniqueness shine, and I want to help you do the same.
