This section features international social-impact focused work that I conducted as part of an accelerated master’s program at the Rothberg International School at the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, Israel. I completed an MA in Nonprofit Management and Organizational Leadership in the top 3% of my program, graduating with Summa Cum Laude honors, respectively.

My aim is to be able to apply the highly collaborative, analytical, strategic, and creative skills that I gained during this program throughout my career to contribute towards positive social change in this world.

    • Graduated Summa Cum Laude earning top 3% honors and gained extensive training in: leadership, management, social enterprises and innovation, research design, team building, boards of directors, strategic planning, civil society, fundraising, marketing, and social media.

    • Awarded $1,500 by a fundraising "shark tank" panel of judges for team’s presentation pitch to contribute to an international nonprofit promoting cross-cultural collaboration.

    • Co-led project team of 4 to create proposal forming strategic partnership between Israeli Housing Authority and Ministry of Labor and create a national volunteer department impacting 800,000+ public housing residents.

    • Served as lead photographer and development intern for The Ethiopian National Project NGO; executed photoshoots, donor research, grant writing and editing to secure over $20,000 to expand educational programs nationwide and boost community impact.

    • Intensively researched economic, political, and social global issues; interviewed 10+ community leaders, designed and edited proposals to form local and national strategic partnerships and programs.

    • Independently researched and developed program proposal to form strategic partnership between Bezalel Academy of the Arts and local community center to implement an art and youth development mentorship program for 50+ at-risk youth.

"It was my pleasure to have had Daniela in two of my courses. She was an exemplary student whose thoughtfulness and analytical ability were expressed both in the written work she submitted and in her contributions to discussions in class. Her international experience and heightened cultural sensitivity lent a welcome cosmopolitan dimension to our classroom deliberation of issues such as civic engagement, philanthropy, accountability of nonprofits and more. I have no doubt Daniela would be a valuable asset in any professional setting that places a premium on cross-cultural collaboration, teamwork and intellectual integrity.”
